About the Role

As the Voice of Customer Specialist, you will take full ownership of a growing and impactful VoC program. You’ll oversee its daily operations, continuously refining and amplifying its effectiveness. Working cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple regions, you will deliver insights that directly influence strategic business decisions and enhance customer experience across the board.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising the VoC program using Qualtrics or similar platforms
  • Designing surveys, analysing data, and generating actionable insights
  • Supporting global stakeholders with best-practice advice and meaningful data interpretations
  • Automating survey processes and simplifying system configurations
  • Building new VoC solutions aligned with evolving business needs
  • Collaborating closely with the Customer Experience team to champion a culture of customer excellence



About You

You’re passionate about the voice of the customer and skilled at translating feedback into insights that drive change. You enjoy collaborating across departments and have the technical know-how to optimise platforms and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience managing VoC programs using Qualtrics or similar platforms
  • Strong skills in survey design, reporting, and data analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A solid understanding of change management principles
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for customer-centric innovation
