As an ASX100 organisation prepared for a complex, multi-year enterprise transformation, it faced a significant task: sourcing and onboarding more than 100 specialised roles across a variety of tech domains.
This large-scale transformation was essential to the company's strategy relating to supply chain and customer experience innovation, and increasing data led insights. The transformation required a build of new capabilities in the organisation and required increased capacity in a broad spectrum of tech roles.
