About the Role
This role will require you to define the testing strategies, setting up the testing frameworks and governance models across a large-scale program.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide authoritative and influential advice to senior stakeholders including Portfolio Directors, Digital Leads, Project Managers, and other key decision-makers on all things testing—governance, reporting, risk mitigation, and change management.
- Define and implement a program-wide testing strategy, including a robust test framework that ensures consistent quality and alignment with the broader strategic goals.
- Establish and oversee a test reporting framework adopted across all digital work packages to ensure cohesive and transparent test reporting and assurance practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, providing coaching, setting quality standards, allocating resources, and driving performance across testing functions.
- Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of all testing activities across complex, large-scale technical solutions and multiple workstreams.
About You
- Proven experience as a Test Manager in complex digital environments.
- Strong background in establishing testing strategies, test frameworks, and structured assurance practices.
- Previous experience in construction or health-related programs will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and direct high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
