About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with a strong functional background to support the definition and implementation of a strategic roadmap for a large-scale SAP S/4 HANA migration program. This is a key role within our transformation team, aimed at aligning both Business and IT objectives to ensure the successful execution of our ERP strategy.
You will work closely with senior leaders, General Managers, and program teams across the organisation to drive strategic planning, business discovery, and ERP readiness—making a significant impact on the future of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with General Managers, senior leadership, and program teams to refine a holistic S/4 HANA strategy roadmap that aligns with broader business unit objectives.
- Facilitate in-depth interviews and workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights, define business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and assess how S/4 HANA capabilities can streamline and modernise operations.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure S/4 initiatives are technically feasible and aligned with long-term enterprise architecture.
- Lead business discovery sessions, documenting key process findings and identifying opportunities for digital transformation.
- Assist in defining and prioritising S/4 initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and impact.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements to support a smooth ERP migration.
- Work with program teams to support and execute critical testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and PVT.
About You
- Significant experience as an SAP Business Analyst within digital transformation and full-cycle ERP implementation environments.
- Sound knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and practical understanding of its core modules such as HR, FI/CO, Procurement, or Purchasing.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and implement ERP strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience in system upgrades, data migrations, and large-scale technology transformations.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables and to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a sharp eye for detail and prioritisation in complex environments.
