Supporting the childcare sector we are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven temporary sales professionals to help us with a short-term upsell campaign. This role involves reaching out to existing families to offer additional available days—no cold calling, just friendly and engaging conversations!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contacting current families to inform them of available days.
- Upselling additional days in a warm and professional manner.
- Providing excellent customer service and building rapport.
- Accurately updating records and tracking conversations
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicator with a natural sales flair.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call-based roles.
- Ability to work efficiently and hit targets in a short timeframe.
- Friendly, engaging, and professional approach.
