About the role:
As a Data Strategy & AI Practice Lead, you will shape AI and data transformation initiatives, leading strategy, driving delivery and positioning Davidson Technology Consulting as a trusted AI and data advisor.
What You’ll Do:
You will support sales efforts and work closely with clients to understand their challenges, design tailored data-driven solutions and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet business objectives.
Key deliverables will include:
- Define and execute AI and data strategies to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Lead the design & implementation of AI-powered analytics, NLP, and automation tools.
- Guide clients through data transformation, from governance to AI adoption.
- Provide thought leadership, shaping industry trends and innovation.
- Build and grow the Cloud, Data & AI practice, collaborating for high-impact solutions.
About You
You are an experienced AI and data leader with 10+ years in consulting, bringing:
- Expertise in ML, data architecture and analytics.
- Track record leading AI and data-driven projects from concept to execution.
- Proven leadership in AI/data-driven projects, strategy, and business development.
- Ability to engage & influence teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Deep curiosity about AI innovation and its real-world applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex AI into business impact.
- Full work rights in Australia & flexibility for occasional travel.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), with AI or data certifications (advantageous).
