CRM Developer – Contract Opportunity
- Full-time, Melbourne-based hybrid role
- Two to three days in-office per week
- Immediate start for 6-month engagement
We are looking for an experienced CRM Developer for a government client of ours on a 6-month contract. You will play a key role in designing, developing and implementing CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and customizing CRM workflows, plugins, reports and integrations
- Managing CRM integrations and data migrations
- Monitoring performance and resolving technical issues
- Providing user support and documentation
- Collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to deliver CRM enhancements
Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ experience as a CRM Developer (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proficiency in CRM development tools (Apex, .NET, JavaScript, SQL)
- Experience with APIs, data integration, and system optimization
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- CRM certifications and Agile experience are highly regarded
