About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part as a Change Analyst in an HR system implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Change, Communications & Training Manager in delivering change initiatives.
  • Conduct impact analysis to assess the effects of system changes on business operations.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring successful adoption of new HR systems.
  • Assist in the creation of training plans and materials to equip employees with necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to business readiness activities, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared for system go-live.


About You

  • Proven experience as a Change Analyst, within HR system implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, time & attendance (T&A) systems, and associated business processes.
  • Experience developing change impact assessments, training materials, and readiness plans
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
