About the Role
This role is essential to support critical partner integrations focusing on application reviews, interoperability, and technical requirements. The analyst will conduct integration reviews, evaluate member benefits platforms, and address any immediate technical needs. We're looking for a generalist technical application analyst with experience in XML, JSON, APIs, webhooks, and ideally familiarity with React, Salesforce, SAML, SSO, and AWS.
This role ensures seamless collaboration between our client and their partners while aligning systems for optimal performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Integration Reviews – Assessing external platforms and confirming technical compatibility
- API and Data Exchange – Working with APIs, JSON, XML, and webhooks to ensure data flows correctly between systems
- Authentication and Security – Making sure integrations comply with identity standards like SAML and SSO
- Collaboration – Acting as a go-between for internal developers, partner tech teams, and project stakeholders
- Issue Resolution – Addressing immediate technical needs, removing blockers, and supporting integration go-lives
- Documentation – Capturing integration details, technical requirements, and key decisions
About You
- Previous experience as an application analyst OR Technical analyst OR integration analyst
- Expereince in APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks
- Understanding of authentication standards like SAML/SSO
- Expereince with Cloud environments (especially AWS)
- Expereince with customer systems like Salesforce
- Front-end (React) knowledge – advantageous
