Based in their Windsor head office, this leading Queensland NFP provides extensive support services to aged

While this initial opportunity extends to the 30th of June, there is a high chance that you can step into a permanent appointment beyond this time.

About the Role
Reporting to a supportive and collaborative People and Culture Manager and working alongside a close-knit and fun team, you will be responsible for the facilitation and delivery of all training material to a workforce of Coordinators who specialise in NDIS support.
Key Accountabilities
· Deliver training and assessment in a diverse range of environments including workplace, and online
· Deliver structured training sessions that are enjoyable and engaging for a diverse range of learning styles and reflect contemporary adult learning approaches
· Adapt the course resources, pace of delivery and style as required to ensure effective delivery & maximise each participants’ experience
· Regularly monitor and evaluate training standards and outcomes, communicating any and all feedback from Business Units to the National Training Manager
The successful applicant will have the following:
· Demonstrated experience providing training within the care services industry (preferred but not essential)
· Your desire to make a meaningful difference to the lives of other, through making exceptional job matches and contributing to the continued evolution of this brilliant work culture
· Your ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
· Strengths in understanding, communicating with and effectively interacting with people across cultures
· Exceptional level verbal and written communication skills and Interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems
· Experience with learning management systems and Software for content creation
· Cert IV in Training and Assessment
NB you will be required to obtain a Blue and Yellow Card
