The Role
We are looking for two experienced Site Managers / Foremen to oversee the successful delivery of projects. You will take charge of on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on track
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
- Lead site meetings and track progress against project timelines
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Review design documents and resolve any constructability issues
- Maintain quality control, ensuring all work meets project specifications
- Keep accurate project records, including RFIs, delays, and safety reports
- Work closely with project engineers and commercial managers to align resources and planning
About You
- Strong background in site management within the construction industry
- Experience managing medium-to-large scale projects
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- A hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction planning and reporting software
- A proactive mindset, always looking for smarter and more efficient ways to build
- Must be an Australian resident with right to work
