The Role
As the Salesforce Senior Developer, you will:
- Design and build Salesforce technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web/Aura Components, and Flows.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CRM team.
- Support and enhance critical CRM systems, applications, and services.
- Drive process improvements, deployments, and best practices.
- Lead solution architecture and integrate Salesforce with other platforms using APIs and web services.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and advancements to implement innovative solutions.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- Extensive experience managing Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Digital Experience Clouds).
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web/Aura Components, and integrations (SOAP/REST APIs).
- Expertise in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex Salesforce environments.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud) are highly desirable.
