The Senior HRBP is a pivotal position that combines expertise in human resource management, workforce and change management. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies and engagement programs, leading the transformation and continuous improvement of HR practices in alignment with the organization’s broader objectives.
About the Role
- Strong experience advising, coaching, and influencing executive level leaders in complex, fast paced organisations.
- Leading HR transformation projects across the whole organisation
- Providing advice to employees and people managers regarding employment matters, including but not limited to, employee issues, employee entitlements, workforce planning, culture, performance management, etc.
- HR initiatives such as performance reviews, engagement surveys and action plans, succession planning, remuneration reviews, and reward and recognition programs.
- Developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legislative compliance and best practice.
About You
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Tertiary degree in human resources or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years Business Partnering experience in a progressive human resources environment
- Experience of working with Government entities would be beneficial
- Strong understanding of change management principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IR, OD, OHS & relevant legislation
- Significant experience in facilitating training, coaching and team building
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities
