This project will centralise finance and procurement functions, enhancing processes and implementing digital solutions to drive meaningful change.




About the Role

This is a 9-10 month contract role with the potential for extension. As a Senior Business Analyst (Finance), you will play a key role in business process improvement, working within a project team to drive efficiencies in finance and procurement. You will be responsible for process mapping, budgeting, cost analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement digital solutions that align with transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and improve finance and procurement processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct process mapping, requirements gathering, and validate solutions.
  • Support budgeting activities and business case development.
  • Provide cost-benefit analysis to assist in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to drive innovation and digital transformation.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation, navigating a complex, politically sensitive environment.

About You

You are a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in finance and procurement transformation, capable of navigating complex, politically sensitive environments. A self-starter with a commercial mindset, you have a strong track record in leading business transformations, influencing change, and building relationships to drive project success.




Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in business process improvement, specifically in finance and procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (highly desirable).
  • Experience working within large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and work effectively in politically sensitive environments.
