Salesforce CPQ Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Specialist
to play a pivotal role in the reconfiguration of the CPQ system. This is a key project at a critical stage, requiring a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the reconfiguration of the Salesforce CPQ system to align with business requirements and correct existing issues.
- Collaborate closely with the GM of Sales and Marketing to understand key business needs and deliver a tailored solution.
- Perform advanced CPQ configurations, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related modules.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CPQ, providing guidance and expertise on best practices.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve CPQ-related issues to optimize quoting, pricing, and sales processes.
- Document configuration changes, workflows, and processes for future reference and training.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Specialist with advanced knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (formerly Steelbrick).
- Strong configuration skills, with expertise in setting up pricing, discounting, approvals, product bundles, and quoting processes.
- Experience in reconfiguring and optimizing CPQ systems to meet complex business needs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud, workflows, and integrations.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is highly desirable.
