Davidson is partnering with a leading Australian bank to enhance customer and banker experiences through a range of strategic initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive key improvements in digital products, fraud and dispute reporting, and banker-customer interactions.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing digital self-service capabilities, optimising customer interactions, and strengthening fraud and dispute resolution processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the expansion of digital product capabilities to improve customer self-service options.
- Overseeing enhancements to fraud and dispute reporting, ensuring deeper insights and a more consistent resolution process.
- Leading initiatives to streamline banker-customer interactions, improving efficiency and service quality.
- Bridging technical and business domains to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams to drive project success.
- Ensuring timely delivery of project milestones while managing risks and dependencies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the banking sector.
- Strong expertise in delivering digital product enhancements and process improvements.
- A background in managing initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- The ability to navigate both technical and business domains, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
