Procurement Governance and Performance Manager

Procurement and Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a structured procurement governance framework, including controls, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Create and maintain procurement tools, templates, and policies to support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment between procurement policies and business objectives by collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee purchase-to-pay activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive supplier risk management, including assessments, mitigation plans, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement scalable contract management and supplier relationship frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring strategic initiatives are data-driven and analytically supported.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide spend insights, predictive forecasts, and procurement performance reports.
  • Champion continuous improvement, driving efficiencies and enhancing procurement standards beyond compliance.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Business, Commerce, Law, or Supply Chain.
  • 3+ years’ experience in procurement governance or a leadership role within procurement.
  • Strong background in procurement reporting, analytics, and strategic sourcing.
  • Experience developing cost models, price analysis, and performance dashboards.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work with financial systems such as SAP.
  • CIPS Certification (highly desirable).
