Our client is a care provider with extensive services operations, looking after some of the most vulnerable community members. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a Payroll Support Officer for a 6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanency.

About the Role
In this position your leader will leverage off your skills and capability to allocate tasks. Your day could include:
- Monitoring the payroll email inbox
- Handling general enquiries via phone and email
- Timesheet data processing
- Database maintenance e.g. updating pay details and new starters
- Basic to more advanced calculations (depending on competency)
- Filing and archiving
- Project assistance
About You
We are seeking a motivated self-starter with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Clear and concise English communication is important, and you must be quick to learn new programs and processes.
Payroll experience would be a benefit but is not essential.
