About the Role
Reporting to a supportive and collaborative People and Culture Manager and collaborating with a genuine HR team of seven, you will have the benefit of working with another engaged TA Advisor as you manage the end-to-end recruitment of approximately 20 specialised roles at time, whilst empowering managers to start taking reigns of being involved in the interview process.
This role will include LinkedIn research, writing advertisements, screening candidates, face-to-face interviews, new employee inductions, putting together contracts and liaising with internal stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
You will also be involved in the development of innovative, short and long term recruitment solutions, as well as the development of talent pipelines, and resourcing strategies. The focus of this role will be to deliver resourcing and recruitment services using your proactive and outcome driven processes.
About You
In order for you to be successful for this role you will have the following:
- Minimum three years’ demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end recruitment processes
- Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and task oriented approach
- Your desire to make a meaningful difference to the lives of other, through making exceptional job matches and contributing to the continued evolution of this caring, purpose-led work culture
- Your ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- And your ability to think outside the square to come up with valued solutions in strategic initiatives and projects
