The role
- Drafting, reviewing, and supporting contract negotiation across the areas of commercial, corporate, and employment law
- Advising on more complex employment law, workplace, safety, and regulatory matters
- Providing strategic commercial legal advice
- Provide corporate governance and risk management advice and support to the Company Secretary, Board and Executive
Experience
- Hold a current practicing certificate and have 3-5 years of post-admission experience in a law firm or in house environment.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Strong commercial acumen and adaptability
- Self-motivated and able to work both as part of a team and autonomously
- Willingness to take on diverse legal challenges
