Located in South-East Queensland, our client is responsible for supplying water and wastewater to its thriving community. This role is a rare opportunity for an infrastructure leader to join their senior water leadership team. The role is responsible for managing and delivering a diverse capital works portfolio up to the value of almost $200 million, consisting of renewal and growth projects, as well as overseeing third-party assets. This role also excitingly leads a broader team of approximately 100 staff.
This executive role is a great fit if you have senior-level experience in infrastructure planning, capital works delivery, and managing third-party assets, ideally with an engineering, planning or project management background. You can easily demonstrate your team leadership capability with examples that describe how you have supported, inspired and developed your team. You lead with humility, invest trust in your team and work hard to earn the trust and respect of internal and external stakeholders, as well as the executive leadership team.
