As a Senior Associate Partner, your primary role will be to support the delivery of processes for clients and to attract and support potential applicants through proactive sourcing and the delivery of quality services in the projects you deliver. You will work closely with our Partners, and Senior Partners, bringing with you a solid understanding of managing recruitment processes from briefing through to appointment, a strength in engaging with people at all levels and most importantly a level of humility. You are naturally curious, collaborative and committed to excellence in everything you do. You are a self-starter who shows initiative, has a high level of integrity, are well organised and quality focussed.
