This is your chance to step into an exclusive role providing high-level support to a CEO who was awarded an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for his distinguished service to the financial and stockbroking sectors, and to the community through a range of organisations. Recognised for his visionary leadership, he has been with the company for over 30 years and is actively involved in numerous high-profile boards and community initiatives.
As his trusted Executive Assistant, you will ensure seamless daily operations for a CEO at the helm of a dynamic and growing organisation. Whether managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, or supporting stakeholder engagements, your impact will be substantial.
This role is offered part-time (3-4 days per week) with competitive pro-rata remuneration of $95,000 to $110,000 FTE package (including super). The role is designed for an experienced, polished professional seeking a meaningful, flexible opportunity within a leading financial firm.
About the duties of the role
You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same and you will thrive by ‘thinking on your feet’. Your key responsibilities include:
- Diary & Travel Management: Handle a demanding schedule, organise national and international travel, and adapt plans on short notice.
- Events: Plan exclusive boardroom lunches and corporate events with exceptional attention to detail.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with high-net-worth clients, politicians, board members and internal teams, ensuring a professional and polished approach.
- Administrative Excellence: Support document preparation, meeting coordination, client account setups, and expense reconciliations.
- Personalised Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance, including personal errands, and maintain a proactive and flexible mindset.
About you
To be successful, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in financial services or a related industry.
- A polished and professional demeanour with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Discretion, resilience, and adaptability to support a busy executive.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills.
- A proactive, no-task-too-small mindset and the ability to stay one step ahead.
