This is a special opportunity to support a respected NFP organisation, dedicated to enhancing the image of Queensland through their initiatives in advocacy and thought leadership, delivered through the creation of incredible events and discussions held throughout the year.

Based in a gorgeous office in Brisbane CBD, you will be required to start ASAP (3 rd
of February) in this initial 6-week assignment with opportunities for extensions beyond this time.
Position Purpose
With an upcoming event, you will initially hit the ground running to support administration and database management, in addition to confirming attendee information via the CRM.
This is a full time role requiring you to attend the office Monday to Friday
During this time you will also ensure up-to-date and accurate membership data, whilst managing correspondence with attendees and stakeholders to ensure a positive member experience.
Ad-hoc support to the CEO will also be required during this busy period.
About you
- Ideally you will have previous experience in events coordination or an events administration role.
- Demonstrated experience working with customers/members.
- Working experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is also essential.
- Intermediate to Advanced skill in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability communicate effectively
- Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and task orientated approach will see you to provide huge support to the team.
- You will enjoy working as part of a strong team and your strength of character, self-starting and hands-on approach will see you build credibility amongst stakeholders.
