D365 Application Support Engineer (Remote)
Our end user client is actively looking to add to their D365 team during a key stage in their implementation of D365 F&O and CE.
In this role you will provide day-to-day technical support across global applications, ERP, CRM and web facing systems.
Remote: Must be based in Australia
Role type: Fulltime permanent
About the Company
The organisation is an enterprise sized business with locations in Australia, New Zealand and USA. They operate within the in Heavy Manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Level technical support for all ERP and CRM system users
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets, communication with customers and adherence to SLAs.
- Manage security profiles across applications in line with IT security principles.
- Undertake tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security.
Experience Required - Experienced within support of D365 F&O with experience of D365 CRM/CE highly desirable
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- IT Systems, Infrastructure and Application Support knowledge
- Automated Form Management
- Power Automate knowledge
- API configuration and management
