Call Centre & Customer Service

Our state government client is seeking VPS3 Customer Service Officers to support the rollout of a financial assistance program within the Financial Services Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist users with an online portal related to the program

  • Handle stakeholder enquiries via email and phone

  • Maintain accurate records

  • Ensure resources and documentation are current and accurate

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills, particularly with CALD communities and individuals with varying digital literacy levels

  • Experience in both telephone and written/email support

  • Ability to work under pressure, managing high volumes of calls and emails effectively

Work Arrangements:

  • Office attendance required three days per week, East Melbourne Location (Close to Parliament station)

  • ASAP start Tuesday, 11 February

  • Contract until 31 March 2025, with potential for extension
