Our state government client is seeking VPS3 Customer Service Officers to support the rollout of a financial assistance program within the Financial Services Division.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist users with an online portal related to the program

Handle stakeholder enquiries via email and phone

Maintain accurate records
-
Ensure resources and documentation are current and accurate
Key Skills & Experience:
-
Strong customer service skills, particularly with CALD communities and individuals with varying digital literacy levels

Experience in both telephone and written/email support
-
Ability to work under pressure, managing high volumes of calls and emails effectively
Work Arrangements:
-
Office attendance required three days per week, East Melbourne Location (Close to Parliament station)

ASAP start Tuesday, 11 February

Contract until 31 March 2025, with potential for extension
