About the Company

Our client is a boutique Queensland-owned utilities service provider. Due to the ongoing success and growth of their business, we have a number of vacancies available to join this close-knit, outgoing and social team.


About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will –

  • Take incoming calls to answer customer account queries and follow up with outbound calls as required
  • Respond to email enquiries
  • Organise connection and disconnection of services
  • Process customer payments
  • Liaise with the debt collection and billing teams to investigate and resolve issues
  • Assist customers to access financial assistance


About You

To be successful you will need clear and articulate English written and verbal communication and have intermediate skills in MS Excel.

The environment is casual; you won't need a suit and tie, but a proactive attitude is essential. Please only apply if you can be reliable and punctual to do a 7.6 hour shift between the hours of 7.00am and 5.40pm daily. Note that shifts will rotate bi-monthly.

Private transport is the best way to reach this office location and there is parking on-street and on-site.
