About the Role
As a Customer Dispute Resolution Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing and resolving financial discrepancies related to corporate travel commission revenues. Your role will involve investigating disputes, liaising with suppliers, auditing financial records, and ensuring seamless financial processes to maximise revenue recovery. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in commission reconciliation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and resolving commission discrepancies with suppliers
  • Auditing financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage disputes and payments
  • Developing reports to track supplier performance and dispute resolution progress
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimise disputes

About You
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in finance, billing, or dispute resolution. You have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to investigate discrepancies effectively and ensure accurate financial reporting. Your ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams will be essential in resolving disputes and optimising financial processes.

What you bring:

  • Experience in billing, revenue collection, or financial dispute resolution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Background in Financial Services or Insurance is beneficial
