About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer
with 2 years of experience
to join our client's team in Shailer Park. This role is primarily office-based (80%), with regular site visits
to gain hands-on experience and ensure smooth project execution.
As part of this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Senior Engineer to develop and review engineering plans for land development and civil infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to discuss project specifications and provide updates.
- Assist in preparing project reports, feasibility studies, and compliance assessments to support successful project delivery.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer who is eager to develop their career in civil engineering. To be successful, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally with exposure to subdivisions and land development.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
