Davidson has proudly partnered with a leading utilities company to assist them in sourcing a Business Analyst/Project Manager to take ownership of a key project within the Corporate Systems team.
About the Role
This is a dual Business Analyst/Project Manager role, working across multiple corporate functions, including People & Safety Governance, HR, Legal, and Health & Safety. You will engage with Senior GMs and stakeholders from various business streams, driving the project forward in an organisation where there is currently no dedicated Project Manager on the initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage corporate system projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Act as the key liaison between the business and technical teams.
- Work closely with HR, Legal, and Health & Safety teams to enhance governance and compliance.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Provide both strategic and hands-on involvement in project execution, balancing BA and PM responsibilities.
- Utilise SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant corporate systems to support project needs.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across different business units.
- Drive the project with a self-starting, energetic approach, taking ownership and accountability.
About You
- Strong experience in a BA/PM or PM/BA capacity, ideally in a corporate business function
- Prior experience in the utilities sector is preferred but not essential.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in process improvement, governance, and compliance within corporate teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach – able to take initiative and “drive” the project without an existing PM framework.
