About the Role
As the Business Analyst within a large-scale transformation program, you will be supporting the functional and technical alignment.
You will be working closely with the operations and finance teams to assess the current state and design the future state with the technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document as-is and to-be requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business and vendors, ensuring alignment, traceability, and expectation management.
- Rationalise business expectations against system and product capabilities
About You
- Significant experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within the FMCG or logistics industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in engaging with senior stakeholders within finance and operations teams
- Proven experience engaging with vendors
- Strong documentation skills and ability to capture key details to understand impact of the solution
