Our client is a growing utilities provider, with an established clientele, and operations spanning almost 20 years. As the Billing Officer you will operate in a team of three to review data and generate invoices.

About the Role
The Billing Officer will require an analytical, structured and detail-orientated approach, with a good understanding of MS Excel.
- Review bill generation reports
- Investigate data anomalies
- Liaise with internal staff to investigate billing discrepancies
- Estimation of bills where required (full training provided)
- Do billing adjustments and generate credits
Note that this is an administrative position - there is no data entry, customer service or debt collection in this role.
About You
To be successful you will need clear and articulate English written and verbal communication, and have intermediate skills in MS Excel.
The environment is casual; you won't need a suit and tie, but a proactive attitude and good eye-for-detail is essential. Please only apply if you can be reliable and punctual, starting between 7.30am and 9.00am, Monday to Friday.
Private transport is the best way to reach this office location and there is parking on-street and on-site.
