About the Role

This is a 6-week contract opportunity for an Architecture Draftsperson to contribute to key construction and architectural projects. You will be responsible for developing and modifying plans to meet operational requirements and corporate identity (CI) standards. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure designs align with business needs while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult and advise on design aspects that meet operational and corporate identity requirements.

  • Develop early design models for internal review and architectural briefings.

  • Prepare site plans, renders, and presentation documents for proposals.

  • Support and update architectural and engineering plans to align with operational requirements.

  • Coordinate and review external consultants’ drawings.

  • Engage with stakeholders, authorities, and third parties to ensure project viability.

  • Identify, manage, and report potential project risks.

  • Assist the project management team with consultants and builders’ requirements.

  • Support the development of policies and procedures to enhance portfolio performance.

About You

  • Proficiency in Archicad and Enscape is essential.

  • A degree or diploma in Project Management, Building/Construction, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in construction design, preferably across multiple locations and project stages.

  • Strong knowledge of local government development and building requirements across multiple states.

  • Ability to interpret engineering plans and develop project schedules.

  • Well-versed in technical, engineering, and construction management practices.

  • Knowledge of WHS, environmental regulations, and construction law.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, procurement, and negotiation.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.

  • Experience with corporate identity and branding standards is highly regarded.
