About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate financial operations, ensuring seamless transactions, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing stakeholder relationships to provide high-quality customer service
- Invoicing, ensuring accuracy of fees, and promptly finalising accounts
- Raising credit notes and managing debt collection, including arranging payment plans
- Performing monthly reconciliations against financial records, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining and updating customer Masterfile data to ensure records are current and accurate
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and debt management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and Pivot Tables
