Our 2-Stage Safety Assessment Process

Stage 1
Online Safety Screening

Delivered remotely, this module evaluates:

  • Safety Behaviour
  • Cognitive Ability
  • Safety Mindset
  • Compliance, Composure, Dependability, Risk Consciousness, Zero Harm Attitude
  • Instruction comprehension and compliance


Stage 2
In-Person (and online from mid 2025) Psychomotor Testing

Conducted via our proprietary Testing Control Unit (TCU), this module assesses competencies such as:

  • Reaction Time and Stress Recovery
  • Decision-making under pressure
  • Short-term memory
  • Attention and Concentration
  • Situational Awareness in operational context
  • Visual Coordination
  • Speed and Trajectory tracking
