About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Lead to drive enterprise-wide change initiatives within our clients organisation. This is a visible role that offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact and enhance their career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact analysis to identify and assess the implications of changes within the organisation.
- Collaborate closely with various business units to understand their needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement the right models of change to ensure smooth transitions.
- Assess the maturity of the change environment and work towards enhancing it, recognising that it is currently quite low.
- Influence and set up effective change initiatives across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
- PROSCI / alternative certifications
- Experience in change management or related fields.
- Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex data.
- Experience in the higher education sector (desirable)
